We have a working meeting together in your home to get to know each other and ensure we are a good fit for your project. Learning about your brief, we discover who lives here, the architecture and surrounding environment, and your preferred style. Next, we detail the project scope and develop the brief fully for your project.

Once you appoint us as your interior designers, we return and do an in-depth review of your home so we can understand its characteristics in detail. If you’re building a new home, we invest time reviewing the proposed architectural plans so we are familiar with the spaces. 

High level schematic planning determines the design direction, establishing your overall look, feel, colour palette and an indicative floor plan. We meet with you to present the design direction and budget estimate, receive your feedback and seek sign off.

If required, we meet with any relevant trades to discuss structural and practical considerations.

Your design comes to life as we determine the details of each space including joinery detail, fixtures and fittings, flooring, window treatments, furniture, rugs, artwork and more. 

Schematic floor plans, elevations and realistic 3D renders of key areas are drawn. Detailed schedules for paint, finishes, fixtures and fittings are completed to share with your appointed builder.

 Samples are collated, pricing is finalised and a presentation is prepared before we meet to seek your design approval.  

We assist you in selecting the right builder by sending out plans and schedules to each one as part of the tender process.

We are available for any questions from your trades and to attend additional site meetings where required. We work with you to review quotes, helping you engage a builder that suits your requirements.

Building begins with your builder appointed as the project manager. Any required fixtures, fittings, furniture etc are ordered through our trade contacts. Delivery fees and time frames, as well as deposit conditions, are confirmed at this stage.

As your design consultants, we liaise with you and your trades on variations, questions, and design details. This includes attending site meetings and consulting with your builder and trades to discuss aspects from colour application to joinery detail, tile set out, painting, curtains and more.

If you have ordered furnishings for your home, we schedule their installation, take delivery, and perfectly place and style each one.
