Avoca features calm, welcoming spaces that meet the practical needs of family living. The design embraces natural light throughout, with American oak flooring and joinery bringing in organic texture

and warmth.

The use of natural stone offers timeless elegance and a seamless transition from indoors to out. Custom joinery provides clever storage solutions and a bright, airy colour palette with thoughtful pops of colour complements the coastal setting, creating a retreat where family and friends can gather to create lasting memories.
